Because of the nature of digital products and instant delivery, our Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all users.

✅ Digital Product Nature & Service Provision

All eSIM products sold on Simcentric are digital and delivered instantly. Once a purchase is completed and the eSIM QR code or activation profile has been delivered or made available to the customer, the service is considered provisioned and final. Due to this, refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

You have ordered a duplicate or accidental eSIM and the profile was already delivered or activated.

You selected an incompatible device (we provide a clear list of supported devices on our website).

You did not verify country coverage or plan details before making the purchase.

You did not use or activate the eSIM after delivery.

You expected features that were not included or advertised in the plan description.

❌ No Refund for Accidental or Duplicate Orders

Please carefully review your order before completing payment. Once the eSIM has been provisioned (i.e., QR code or activation link sent), refunds cannot be issued, even if:

The same order was placed more than once.

You purchased the wrong plan or destination.

You changed your mind after receiving the eSIM.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that their order is correct before payment.

📌 Finality of Service Delivery

All digital services delivered by Simcentric are considered final and non-refundable. This includes:

eSIM plans

Data packages

Regional or global bundles

Once an eSIM is delivered or downloaded, it is non-returnable and non-transferable. We do not support reselling or reassigning eSIMs to other users or devices after delivery.

If you believe your case is exceptional (e.g., technical delivery error, system malfunction), please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. Each case will be reviewed individually, and refunds (if any) will be granted at Simcentric’s sole discretion.
